In addition to annual budgets cities, state or local governments receive they are also able to receive grant funding. GrantsQuest staff writers provide a strong case for the award via a solid proposal to the grantor. In addition, if the proposal does not get funded on the first attempt, during the next funding cycle we will resubmit the proposal at no charge to your organization.

Along with our specialized products, GrantsQuest leverages our years of experience in working with local governments and funding agencies to provide specialized professional services. We understand the challenges local governments face in building grant teams, implementing grant-funded programs, and working to improve grants performance. Our team can partner with your organization to build a solid foundation, train your staff to get them to the next level, and align your organization with best practices to ensure success.

Our grant writers are located throughout the United States and internationally and are able to actively respond to our clients’ needs through telephone, e-mail, face-to-face, and other appropriate forms of communication; therefore, the geographic location of your organization should never be an obstacle for accessing and using our company as your grant development solutions provider.

Strategic Funding Plans

These plans are comprehensive directories of grants applicable to your stated priorities and interest areas. All potential funding opportunities will be summarized and include critical information such as the name of the grant and funder, the purpose of the program, projected funding levels, eligible activities, and due dates.

After a Strategic Funding Plan is provided, one of our Funding Advisors will review and discuss the potential funding sources listed with you. The Strategic Funding Plan will contain the most appropriate grant opportunities for your needs and lay out a work plan for approximately 24 months. Through this effort, we narrow the potential funding opportunities to only those grants that best fit your interests, prioritizing grants by their respective due dates. For ease of distribution the plan is provided in electronic format as well as a professionally bound hard copy.

Strategic Funding Plans are also used to facilitate the preparation of grants in advance of the release of the targeted RFPs. We have an extensive archive of RFPs to help us anticipate the program requirements of each grant, allowing us to develop proposals in a pro-active manner and thereby increasing our ability to maximize funding success. We also have many successful program models for a range of grants that help us prepare grant proposals in advance of their release.

Technical Reviews

GrantsQuest’s expert grant writers are able to perform comprehensive edits and an in-depth technical review of your grant proposal prior to its submission or after it has been declined funding. Fee: $500 to $2,000 per project (depending on the length of the grant narrative and requirements).
